1.    Simple Present Tense

Fungsi:
Menyatakan aktifitas yang berlangsung setiap hari atau yang biasa di kerjakan.
Rumus:

( -) S + do/does + not + V1 + O
( ?) Do/does + S + V1 + O ?

Keterangan:
Do dipakai untuk : They, We, I ,You
Does dipakai untuk : She, He, It

2.     Present Continuous

Fungsi:
Menyatakan aktifitas yang sedang berlangsung sekarang atau yang sedang dibicarakan.
Rumus:

(+) S + To be (is, am, are) + Ving + O
( -) S + To be (is, am, are) + not + Ving + O
( ?) To be (is, am, are) + S + Ving + O ?
Keterangan:
Am dipakai hanya untuk : I
Is dipakai untuk : She, He, It
Are dipakai untuk : They, We, You

3.    Present Perfect

Fungsi:
Menyatakan kegiatan yang saat sekarang telah selesai di lakukan dan biasanya berakibat di peristiwa masa sekarang.

Rumus:

( ?) Have/has + S + V3 + O ?

Have dipakai untuk : They, We, You, I

4.    Present Perfect Continuous

Fungsi:
Menyatakan aktifitas yang dimulai pada masa lampau dan maih berlangung sekarang dan berkemungkinan berlangsung di masa yang akan datang.
Rumus:

( -) S + have/has + been + not + Ving + O
( ?) Have/has + S + been + Ving + O ?

5.    Simple Past Tense

Fungsi:
Menyatakan aktifitas yang trejadi dimasa lampau.

Rumus:

( -) S + did + not + V1 + O
( ?) Did + S + V1 + O ?

6.    Past Continuous

Fungsi:
Menyatakan aktifitas yang sedang dikerjakan di masa lampau.

Rumus:

(+) S + To be (was, were) + Ving + O

( ?) To be (was, were) + S + Ving + O ?

Fungsi:
Menyatakan aktifitas yang terjadi dimasa lampau yang sudah selesai di lakukan.

Had dipakai untuk semua Subject

8.     Past Perfect Continuous

Fungsi:
Menyatakan aktifitas yang telah sedang berlangsung selama jangka waktu tertentu ketika peristiwa lain juga terjadi di masa lampau.
Rumus:

9.    Simple Present Future Tense

Fungsi:
Menyatakan aktifitas yang akan berlangsung di masa yang akan datang.
Rumus:

10.    Present Future Continuous

Fungsi:
Menyatakan aktifitas yang akan sedang terjadi di waktu tertentu di masa yang akan datang

Fungsi:
Menyatakan aktifitas yang sudah selesai pada waktu yang akan datang.
